Post, Vacancy and Recruitment (PVR) Committee consists of 3 EC members – the President, Secretary and Treasurer along with 3 or more members from outside the Executive committee, to be selected as nominees by the EC.
- Creating a database of various Clinical Psychology or “should be Clinical Psychology" posts in Kerala in the Government sector.
- Identify the various posts available and monitoring just recruitment of candidates
- Informing and coordinating with the other three committees to regularize and make transparent the recruitment process.
- Monitor qualifications & conduct of practicing Psychologists in the Govt. and Private sector and inform irregularities to the Legal committee.
